London-headquartered dynamic workforce management platform introduces channel sales department and adds seasoned recruitment sales executive as VP Sales
Sirenum, the leading provider of cloud-based workforce management to the temporary staffing industry, is proud to announce the addition of industry veteran Ben Harper as its VP Sales. With more than a decade of sales leadership experience in the recruitment industry, Harper will play a key role as Sirenum enters its latest phase of growth. The company is excited to also announce that Sirenum veteran King Cheung will now assume the lead on channel sales, a vital component of the company’s expansion strategy.
“Ben brings a wealth of experience in leading and establishing sales teams, with his latest role leading EMEA sales for eRecruit. Coming off our successful fundraising round last quarter, we are looking for a lot of growth from our sales team, which Ben is well-positioned to lead,” said Sirenum founder and CEO, Benjamin Rubin. “With his addition, we’re really excited to be able to have our longtime sales director King Cheung take on a new role leading channel sales, which will help us capitalise on our many partner relationships and in particular, better sell into the massive Salesforce ecosystem.”
Sirenum has strategic relationships with Salesforce, Bullhorn, PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting, 1218 Inc., and others. Cheung, a 25-year veteran of the workforce management industry, joined Sirenum in 2016 as its first full-time salesperson and will now focus on the channel to enable the company to better take advantage of this large and growing partner ecosystem.
Before his stint with eRecruit, Harper spent nearly a decade in the job board industry. As a team leader for national accounts at reed.co.uk, he was a key driver for growth for the UK’s number one job site. Prior to his career in recruitment, Ben was in The Four Seasons’ prestigious management training programme.
“As soon as I met Benjamin and the team at Sirenum, I was thrilled by their vision of how technology can transform how businesses manage their dynamic workers and for their passion for people,” said Harper. “Plus, I was really excited at their potential with big names like Randstad, Manpower, and Impellam already on board.”
