    Chris Farrell
    Group Commercial Director
    Neptune P2P Group

    Chris completed a 10-year career in the HM Forces, serving on operations in hostile environments around the world, including Kosovo, Sierra Leone, Afghanistan and Iraq. Whilst serving in the military he attained a 1st-Class Honours Degree in Financial Planning and Management and went on to found a very successful Financial Services Company in the UK’s largest IFA network, achieving a top 10 position in the UK out of over 1500 advisers within 6 months. He entered the maritime security industry in March 2009 where he remains to this day. He is also the company security officer for a large fleet of vessels trading globally.

    Managing Director
    Optimal Risk

    Mike is the Managing Director of the Optimal Risk Group, a risk and security consulting firm. Mike served in The Parachute Regiment for 10 years, seeing active service in The Falklands and Northern Ireland before leaving as a Major.

    His work focuses on helping business understand, manage and mitigate the risks they face to build resilient organisations.

    He is a Chartered Security Professional and sits on their Regulation Authority.

    Ben Harper

    Ben leads the Sales Team and brings more than a decade of experience in recruitment technology to Sirenum having worked for and led the sales teams of a number of Job Boards and SaaS Recruitment Platforms. He also has experience in the hospitality industry as part of The Four Seasons’ prestigious management training programme.

    Ben holds a degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Brighton. He lives in Hampshire with his wife and two kids. Outside of work he enjoys all forms of motorsport and he will often be found at Thruxton or Brands Hatch watching BTCC in particular.
