You will provide technical sales support for the rapidly growing sales team and be responsible for demonstrating the Sirenum Enterprise Suite of products to prospects, both online and face-to-face, as well as help with the process of gathering requirements to create Statements of Work that accompany all implementation projects. Reporting directly to the Sales Director and working closely with the Sales Executive associated with each engagement, you will be taking instruction from the latter operationally.

Duties include:

  • Supporting the discovery process at the beginning of any engagement to understand the pains that the customer is experiencing and using this information to inform the direction of the subsequent demonstration
  • Preparing and delivering custom demonstrations to prospects according to the markets and verticals that they address
  • Setting up trial sites and engaging with prospects to educate them on how to use Sirenum
  • Responding to technical questions from prospect RFIs and RFPs and responding to ad-hoc technical questions that the prospects ask
  • Assisting with the creation of Implementation Statements of Work for prospects that define the initial implementation deliverables, ensuring that the deliverables meet the immediate needs of the prospect
  • Engaging with prospects and owning the technical side of the engagement, right through to sale
  • Engagement with the Professional Services team to hand over projects to once a sale has been concluded
  • Attending exhibitions and conference events

Key Attributes Required

  • Technical knowledge of the Salesforce platform

  • Understanding of the staffing market, specifically the contingent staffing arena
