We are looking for marketing operations/ field marketing manager.

Your role will be to optimise our execution of events, drive lead generation, and increase the efficiency of the marketing organisation in conjunction with the sales team. You will have a unique opportunity to grow your marketing skills in a fast-paced environment.

  • Develop a marketing campaign strategy by region, and drive execution of regional marketing campaigns to support sales objectives and corporate initiatives.
  • Drive lead generation and nurturing activities to support sales goals. Conceive and implement demand generation and visibility programs, including email campaigns, product/segment/industry webinars, roadshows, lead generation, lead nurturing, local events, PPC and more to produce high-quality leads while operating within budget.
  • Create clear, compelling campaign content that demonstrates deep knowledge and understanding of the business’s solutions and markets and is consistent with company positioning and brand identity.
  • Measure, track, analyze, and regularly report on the effectiveness of overall demand generation; create projections and measure ROI.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive activities and implement initiatives to drive wins over the competition.
  • Work closely with corporate marketing, sales and other internal parties as needed to ensure strategic alignment in the region.
  • Employ data analytics and data mining techniques to effectively target marketing campaigns to appropriate audiences.
  • Evangelize the Sirenum message and value propositions with customers, prospects and trade associations.
  • Offer timely communication of marketing plans, results and performance against the plan with company directors and executives.


  • Track record of marketing to recruitment agencies.
  • A track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget guidelines.
  • Excellent marketing project management skills to allow for timely planning, executing and reporting on multiple marketing projects at the same time.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication (email content, webinar abstracts, etc).
  • Experience with marketing automation and lead nurturing processes, Marketo preferred.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Experience with CRM and reporting, Salesforce preferred.
  • Experience with webinar platforms.
  • A bachelor’s degree with at least 5+ years of relevant work experience in enterprise software marketing, especially SaaS products.
  • Positive, enthusiastic, motivated, autonomous self-starter; takes initiative.
  • Takes ownership of initiatives and consistently goes above and beyond expectations.
