Sirenum Transforms Care Operations at Global Agency

The care industry is one of the most complex environments when it comes to managing and supplying staff. Being compliant with government regulations and getting the right professional to the right place with all the right credentials can be a nightmare to many operations teams at staffing agencies.

Effectively managing staff in the care industry can be challenging. But we believe it can be easier when adopting the right technology, plus it can help management and financial departments optimise results. One of our clients, a global temp agency here in the UK, just finished an analysis of their team’s usage of Sirenum after three months with our platform being live in their care division. The results are eye-opening.

At the top of the list is probably the fact that they’ve recorded an increase of gross profit of £1,000 per consultant per month. We had to ask for them to repeat that stat, because even we couldn’t believe our ears. We’re so excited for this client to see these improvements. We’ve put together this infographic to help you understand the benefits they’re realising with Sirenum.

Sirenum Expands Into The Far East

London-based workforce management platform to support Outward Bound’s Hong Kong-based operations with scheduling, monitoring, and mobile technology

London, UK–Sirenum Ltd, the leading provider of cloud-based workforce management to manage dynamic workers in highly complex environments, is proud to announce its first client in East Asia. Outward Bound, an international outdoor education organisation with over 40 schools across the world, has chosen Sirenum as its workforce management platform for its Hong Kong branch.Outward Bound Hong Kong sirenum

Managing a diverse and variable group of teachers, some of whom are seasonal, is a significant challenge. By leveraging Sirenum, Outward Bound will drastically improve its scheduling processes, saving as much as 75% of the time it previously took to build and manage its rosters. In addition, it will also be using the MySirenum mobile app to manage clock in/out and streamline the payroll process. Similar Sirenum clients have saved upwards of 75% off payroll processing times.

“Outward Bound faces the same challenges that our staffing and transportation clients do–getting the right person to the right place at the right time. Historically, organisations like these have been relegated to paper, whiteboards, and basic spreadsheets to try to accomplish that feat. As we’ve seen with Randstad, FirstGroup, and our other clients big and small, there’s a quantum leap to using our software to help with these processes, and we’re thrilled Outward Bound has chosen us to help.”

This new contract represents the London company’s first foray into the Far East and caps off a summer of continued growth, including hiring its 20th employee.

“It’s really an exciting time for our business. We’re growing both in size and reach, and China obviously represents a massive market opportunity for Sirenum. With this development, alongside multiple ongoing opportunities in our pipeline in Australia, New Zealand, and the Middle East, the Asia Pacific region should be a significant source of growth for us in the coming months and years.”
